What's helping me right now.

Helping Supplements:
Chia Seeds
Sea Salt
B12 shots
Trace Minerals
Hemp Milk (Tri-Calcium- PHOSPHATE)

Helping Activities:
Exhale completely

Helping thoughts:
Do or do not, Don't half ass it.
  -Load up on Sugar Fruits
-Drink a lot of Sea Salt Water

New Research:
Beri Beri
Auto Brewery Syndrome
Non-Alcoholic Fatty liver disease

I barely drink alcohol.  I drink maybe a beer a week.  But sometimes I feel drunk or really hungover when I haven't drank anything.   The above diseases all focus on patients that have drinking problems.

Duh! It's Phosphorus!!!

Phosphorus!  I am writing this right now because i am still high from my phosphorus intake.  By that I mean about a 1/2 cup of rice milk that has TriCalcium-Phosphate.  Why don't I remember this?  Phosphorus is huge in helping to recover from starvation to prevent refeeding syndrome.  I had about 3 bananas and half cup of mixed frozen fruit and blended it up for breakfast.  Rode my bike around for about 35 minutes did a bunch of laundry ate a huge bowl of enriched rice with salt and small amount of coconut oil.  Also took a NAC somewhere in there.  Somehow phosphorus popped in my head and I sat down and did a quick search for phospohorus and dehydration.  Found some more links that blew my mind.   Then I grabbed the rice milk and took a few chugs.  Not 2 minutes later did I start getting a sugar rush!  I know phosphorus works with calcium, mag and others, but I was missing phosphorus!

***I understand that I also may forget this again completely and find come back to it about a month from now....

******Also to note, fruit has the perfect amount of every necessary nutrient for combatting refeeding syndrome,  namely phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, Thiamine and Phosphorus.....

phospohorus and dehydration
"low phosphorus is often associated with the symptoms of dehydration."
"Sometimes low phosphorus can lead to anxiety, irritability and nervousness– symptoms often misdiagnosed as mental illnesses"

Symptoms generally occur only when phosphate levels have decreased profoundly. They include muscle weakness, tingling sensations, tremors, and bone weakness. Hypophosphatemia may also result in confusion and memory loss, seizures, and coma

Refeeding syndrome: what it is, and how to prevent and treat it
"Phosphorus is predominantly an intracellular mineral. It is essential for all intracellular processes and for the structural integrity of cell membranes. In addition, many enzymes and second messengers are activated by phosphate binding. Importantly it is also required for energy storage in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). It regulates the affinity of haemoglobin for oxygen and thus regulates oxygen delivery to tissues. It is also important in the renal acid-base buffer system.
In refeeding syndrome, chronic whole body depletion of phosphorus occurs. Also, the insulin surge causes a greatly increased uptake and use of phosphate in the cells. These changes lead to a deficit in intracellular as well as extracellular phosphorus. In this environment, even small decreases in serum phosphorus may lead to widespread dysfunction of cellular processes affecting almost every physiological system (see box A on bmj.com)."

Niacin (vitamin B3) lowers Phosphorus.

When I take a big hit of nutritional yeast, maybe the B3 is exacerbating my hypophosphatemia which is then making me hyperactive/high.

Lying - It's not just mental.

Lying increases your heart rate.

If you are always lying you are always stressed out.

Or if you are not being your true self you are physically stressing your body more and more each day.

Try to put yourself in an environment where you can be yourself.   This includes people, places and emotions.

That's how lie detectors work.  They measure your physical involuntary responses to deception.  When you lie, your body physically reacts.

One way to pass a polygraph is to believe the lie.  When you believe a lie, it becomes true and thus your body doesn't react.

Careful that you aren't continuing to lead a life of lies.  You just might end up believing the lies.   Best to do is be aware of the lies around you and in you.  The more you are aware of them, the more you will instinctively move away from them and be truth.

Fruit is the perfect food

I recently have been thinking about carbs fats and proteins. carbs allow you to keep going/flowing. protein is for repairing and fat smoothes out the movement. if you want to keep going, eat high carb. if you continue to eat high fat and protein, you are basically telling your body to either hurt others or it's ok to be hurt. Excess protein sits around waiting to get used, waiting to repair your broken cells. Problem is people keeping trying to take shortcuts. If you continue to do what feels good, carbs are your friend. Keep hurting yourself over and over (or others), then you better have a bunch of excess protein.

FYI...Refeeding Syndrome happens when you give someone "food" that has been starved or malnourished. In a hospital setting this would be glucose. If you give the person straight glucose the show signs of refeeding syndrom and freak out. Not because their stomach can't handle the size of the food, but because the body and cells not only need glucose, but they also need potassium, magnesium and thiamine (B1) all of which are found in bananas and other fruits.

Love = The shortest distance between two points

A    to   B

Shortest distance between two points is love.

The middle,  the space between.  The silence between us.  the middle is love.

Quickest way from me to you is love.  It is instant.  I am instantly there.  Faster than the speed of light is love.

Inspiration from the song...

Feel vs Touch

When I tell you to touch the the wall, you touch the wall.  If I tell you to feel the wall, you FEEL the wall.  When you feel it, you sense it, you feel how the wall feels.  If you touch it, YOU only touch it.  When you feel something it is a two way action of communication.

When someone touches your hand, it's different than when someone feels your hand. The object is to receive information from the object or person.  When you are open to receive the "information" the other object or person feels/receives from you.  Feeling is communicating/sharing information.

When you feel with the intent of love, you envoke understanding and compassion.  You meet this person in the middle.  It's not all you, not all them.  It's both, together.

"Pain" you feel is a feeling, or a sensation.  It is a message from yourself.  Listen to it. You don't have to worry about having the right answer for the pain.  The answer is listening, the answer is love.
